I STARTED AS AN ACCOUNTANT
I started my career as an accountant, but I realized early my interest in technology and tried to find a way to integrate business with technology.
SCHOLARSHIP FROM MCIT – EGYPT
I was granted a scholarship from The Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) in Egypt for one year to study Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
MICROSOFT DYNAMICS JOURNEY
I joined Microsoft Partners and worked as Implementation Consultant & Project Manager on Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics AX 2009, Dynamics AX 2012, and for the last 10 years I have worked as Senior Microsoft Business Consultant and change management consultant.
BEYOND TECHNOLOGY: THE HUMAN ELEMENT
After many implementations, training and support, I realized that technology alone is not enough. The human element is everything. That realization led me to pursue an MBA in Human Resource Management and later a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a thesis on Organizational Change Management Strategies in ERP Systems.

For over 20 years, I have been bridging the gap between technical systems and the people who use them — as a consultant, trainer, mentor, and author.
