Who I Am & Why I Do What I Do

I started my career as an accountant, but I realized early my interest in technology and try to find a way to integrate business with technology.

Therefore I have been granted a scholarship from The Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) in Egypt for one year to study Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.

I joined Microsoft Partners and worked as Implementation Consultant & Project Manager on Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics AX 2009, Dynamics AX 2012, and for the last 10 years I am working as Senior Microsoft Business Consultant and change management consultant.

After a lot of implementations, training and support, I realized that technology alone isn't enough. The human element is everything. That realization led me to pursue an MBA in Human Resource Management and later a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a thesis on Organizational Change Management Strategies in ERP Systems.

For over 20 years, I've been bridging the gap between technical systems and the people who use them — as a consultant, trainer, mentor, and author.

I'm a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), and also an internationally published author.

But what I'm most proud of is the community I've built, DUGE — the first official Microsoft Dynamics User Group in Egypt, launching soon.
